Michelle Ann Benedek was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1999 from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1996 from Drew University. Ms. Benedek has completed a research semester on the European Union at the University of Bruxelles in Brussels, Belgium and is currently receiving her MBA in finance.
She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and New Jersey District Court Bar. She is a Member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and the American Bar Association Family Law Section.
Ms. Benedek was a law clerk to the Honorable Stephan J. Schaeffer from 1999-2000. Michelle was also an associate with Cutler, Simeone, Townsend, Tomaio, & Newmark prior to becoming associate with Laufer, Knapp, Torzewski & Dalena, LLC. Ms. Benedek has also been a Member of the Morris County Domestic Violence Crisis Response Team and lecture series.
